科研方向/主要研究内容

主要从事传染病流行病学、慢性病流行病学、全球健康及全健康方面的研究。重点关注严重威胁全球健康的呼吸道传染病,包括季节性流感和新型冠状病毒,以及心脏代谢类疾病、阿兹海默等疾病。运用流行病学、地理信息学、传染病建模、大数据和电子健康等多学科方法与技术,研究传染病及慢性病的危险因素、疾病负担和病毒传播动力学特征等。

Research Interest

Dr Lefei Han’s had seasoned experience in observational study and familiar with processing big data, longitudinal data, time-series data and geographic information. Her multidisciplinary research focuses on: 1) transmission, seasonality, epidemiology and clinical outcomes of respiratory infectious diseases; 2) the impact of public emergency on non-communicable diseases; 3) evaluate the complex interactions between ambient/household environmental exposure and human behavior on communicable/non-communicable diseases; 4) estimate the disease burden, prevalence and trend of non-communicable diseases.
